Just stumbled across this tribe and was so tickled.
I have a valid DL although I have no idea how. I have wrecked every car that I have ever driven.
I am a horrible driver. I get lost in my back yard, I have no depth perception, I have driving narcolepsy. You name it, Ive got it.
I just gave it up before I kill someone.
I abhor driving. I really don't even like being in the things.
So this is me,

Wed, April 18, 2007 - 4:15 PMHaha! That reminds me of the time I tried parking a Suzuki Samurai outside of a DMV to pick up my license.
I accidentally put the thing in 3rd gear instead of park and almost crashed through the plate glass window. Oh, the noise that engine made! Everyone turned to look. Their faces were priceless.

I don't drive anymore. It's my gift to humanity. People should pay me not to drive! :D -

Seems that we keep running into one another! lol! No pun intended... but you have to admit that is funny!
I just had a memory of Mark trying to teach me to drive a standard hatch back in the Mission district of SF back in the early '90's.
To make the story short... Lets just say I ended up walking home in tears....
I still cant believe that I have a valid CDL!!! -

Nice to meet you. I am 26 and I have had two permits, but they expired before I got my license. My mother bit#$ed and moaned about me getting a license ,but she never helped me. How am I suppose to get a license if you don't help me? However, anyway I take public transit in the Midest (where I live) because it runs pretty much 24 hrs and the state is bike friendly. I want a bike soon. I have been looking for a nice simple one since last summer. I want to learn to ride a bike so that I can get around for fun. My mother was very aggressive when I tried to learn at 10, so I just said F#$% It!.
