i'm 30. my family and friends have been harassing me for the last 10y that i should learn to drive and buy a car. i've managed without. i take the odd cab, have stuff home delivered sometimes, and for my dance gigs have to rely on friends/students/drives (but would not want to go unaccompanied to a gig anyway)., but 80 to 90% of my life happily gets sorted out by walking, cycling and public transport. and i do want to keep it that way!
